1. For general supporting artistes with no previous military service.

2. For medically qualified personnel with no previous military service.

3. For Special Action (SPACT), Stunt Register & police personnel.

4. For personnel with verifiable military service, regular or reserve, including combat medics and military medical personnel.

Note: most people will use Form 1.

1.

Supporting Artistes

This is the form for all our supporting artistes. We will search all books equally for suitable roles - if you have served in the military, the police force or are actively training for the stunt register, please look at the other options. Everyone else, please use this application form!

2.

Medically Qualified

This is the form for those who are medically trained and qualified (but without actual military service) to portray medical professionals in Supporting Artiste roles.

3.

SPACT and Police

This application form is for all those that have served in the Police Force or who are qualified Stunt performers, in training for the stunt register (or those with lots of SPACT experience). If you have served in the military, please use the next form - you will still have access to SPACT/Stunt questions.

4.

Military

If you have served in the military then use this form. This is for those who have actually served and have a military number (don't worry, you can also let us know about your firearms experience in the Supporting Artistes form).  Similarly if you are professionally medically qualified in addition to your military service, use this form as you will be able to specify your medical qualifications and experience in the registration process.
